Purchasers rights under this warranty shall consist solely of requiring SPPI, Inc., to repair or, at SPPI, Inc., sole discretion, to replace free of charge, FOB. Factory, any defective items received at said factory and determined by SPPI, Inc., to be defective. The giving of or failure to give any advice or recommendations by SPPI, Inc., shall not constitute any warranty by or impose any liability on SPPI, Inc. The foregoing constitutes the sole and exclusive liability of SPPJ, Inc.
